Trips

Food & Drink

Stoke-on-Trent City Catering provide a 2 course hot meal at Lunch time for the children.  The menu is on display in the Entrance/DOJO for all to see. The meals are portion controlled at all times and we encourage children to cut up their own food where possible (age appropriate) and promote good table manners. Each room provides the appropriate age/stage cutlery and tableware. Breakfast and healthy snacks are prepared by all staff and children where appropriate. The children are offered milk and water throughout the day and water is accessible in their own labelled water bottles/beakers in each room.

Baby formula (which we provide) is made up fresh as and when required by the child. We will work closely together with you to support your child’s weaning process.

Outside Agencies

We work closely with outside agencies to support your children’s learning & development (if required and with your permission) these can include:

  • Speech & Language Therapist
  • Teachers from local school to support transition into School.
  • Physiotherapist
  • Health Visitor
  • Stoke-on-Trent Early Years Team
  • Extra Curriculum Activities e.g. ASM Sports, Zoo Lab etc.
